The program is called Stars and Stripes Loyalty Accident Insurance Plan.With this plan, you’re covered for accidents wherever you go: while you’re in a car, in someone else’s car, as a pedestrian, on a bus, train, cruise ship, or taxi. Enrollment is easy; no medical questions asked.

Individual coverage is available for $34 semi-annually and family coverage is available for $54 semi-annually.

Your enrollment comes with a Satisfaction Guarantee! You will have a full 30 days to examine your policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with the coverage during this time, return it for full 100% refund of all the premiums you have paid, minus any claims paid.
